PURPOSE Responsible for editing, quality assurance and quality control as per the defined scope of work [SoW]  QUALIFICATION(s) Masters, preferably in English from a premium university / college Certification in English language which can prove attainment of C2 proficiency [Optional]  EXPERIENCE Academic writing Content development Editing English language teaching Instructional designing   QAEDITOR [K─12] PURPOSE Responsible for editing, quality assurance and quality control as per the defined scope of work [SoW]   QUALIFICATION(s) Masters, preferably in English from a premium university / college Certification in English language which can prove attainment of C2 proficiency [Optional]   EXPERIENCE Academic writing Content development Editing English language teaching Instructional designing   ACTIVITIES ü  Conduct thorough competition analysis and prepare detailed scope and sequence ü  Develop manuscripts for content in all formats as per curriculum / syllabus / defined purposes / LOs and scope of work ü  Editing of content for delivery in multiple formats as per curriculum / syllabus / defined purposes / LOs and scope of work ü  Ensure the pedagogical/andragogical soundness of the content ü  Prepare and finalise permissions log for prose/poem pieces used ü  Deliver projects from scope to final product delivery as per the approved SoW, budget, and timelines ü  Liaise with authors and reviewers for content development and peer reviews ü  Liaise with media production team for production and digital asset development work ü  Implement the QA matrices and checklists and implement them with rigor ü  Prepare briefs for typesetting, designing, digital asset development and checking intermittent proofs and deliveries till the final sign offs CUSTOMER CENTRICITY ü  Product training of sales and marketing team ü  Pre- and Post-Sales product training support for customers ü  Participate in customer engagement initiatives of the group ü  Customer surveys and interaction to understand their expectations and aspirations SKILLS English Language Proficiency 100 % Editorial Skills 75%   Project Management 75%  Communication 100%
