eCommerce Operations Specialist
Job Description:
Acts as a first point of contact for regular, ongoing customer accounts on daily operational matters
Coordinate across and act as liaison to ensure smooth operations flow and order management cycle on different channels and marketplaces
Resolves operational issues that may arise from the end-to-end sales process (e.g., order status, returns, and deliveries, invoicing, pricing issues, and financial post-sales programs, reporting)
Engages with other functions and organizations to resolve issues (e.g., sales teams, supply chain, logistics) as they relate to customer support.
Contributes to efforts to optimize current processes, often collaborating with other groups within the company to improve day-to-day activities.
Competency Requirements:
Proficiency in Spoken and Written English is Required.
Previous experience in Applicational support or tech support is a must.
Good command over MS Office and MS Excel and Internet usage skills
Willingness to work night shifts & weekends
Ability to individually perform under minimum supervision
Process orientated with an eye for detail;
Proficiency in Google Workspace (G Suite), Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, Outlook, and Chrome
