About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support the CEO in managing day-to-day operations, strategic priorities, and high-impact initiatives. This role requires a detail-oriented professional who can operate in a fast-paced environment, ensure seamless coordination, and act as a trusted partner to the CEO and leadership team.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and optimize the CEO’s calendar, scheduling, and priorities to ensure efficient time utilization
Coordinate and prepare for high-level meetings, including agenda setting, documentation, and follow-ups
Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and alignment
Support execution of strategic initiatives by tracking progress, driving follow-ups, and ensuring timely completion
Facilitate cross-functional coordination across teams on behalf of the CEO
Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and briefing materials for leadership meetings
Anticipate needs and proactively address issues to enable smooth functioning of the CEO’s office
Required Skillset & Qualifications
3- 6 years of experience in an Executive Assistant or similar executive support role
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
High level of attention to detail and problem-solving ability
Proactive mindset with the ability to take ownership and drive outcomes
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with senior stakeholders
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with integrity
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and calendar management tools
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic, and high-growth environment
