Forecast sales trends and contribute to budgeting and resource allocation.
Market Research and Analysis:
Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
Provide insights for product and service improvement based on market needs.
Team Leadership:
Lead and mentor a team of sales and business development professionals.
Facilitate team training and skill development to enhance performance.
Proposal and Tender Management:
Oversee the preparation of bids, proposals, and tenders, ensuring timely submission and compliance with client requirements.
Collaborate with internal departments such as engineering, design, and finance for accurate project estimations.
Event Participation:
Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and trade shows to enhance visibility and networking opportunities.
