The Duty Manager is responsible for overseeing daily hotel operations during assigned shifts, ensuring smooth functioning of all departments and delivering excellent guest service. The role includes handling guest complaints, supervising Heartists, maintaining hotel standards, resolving operational issues, and ensuring compliance with safety and hospitality policies.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise hotel operations during shifts
Ensure high guest satisfaction and service standards
Handle guest concerns and emergency situations
Coordinate with Housekeeping, F&B, and other departments
Prepare shift reports and maintain operational records
Support and guide Heartist to ensure efficient operations
Degree/Diploma in Hospitality Management preferred
3–5 years of hotel operations experience
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
