Job Description:
Strong experience working as a Business Analyst in the insurance industry, with a focus on Duck Creek Billing system.
Proficiency in BRD, FRD, user stories creation.
Experience in handling Duck Creek Billing Center System and knowledge on different Billing modules.
Familiarity with insurance industry standards and best practices, including policy lifecycle, underwriting, rating, and claims processes.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at various levels.
Experience in test planning and execution, including creating test cases and conducting system testing.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Understand the Personal lines and commercial lines product.
Strong understanding of rating and strong experience on building raters.
Does requirements/documentation/reporting. Data Gathering, Testing.
Thought leadership in understanding our internal business tools that we are developing and providing feedback and enhancing the idea to the next level of efficiency.
