Senior Frontend Developer Job Title: Senior Frontend Developer Location: Remote Experience Level: Senior About the Role We are looking for a Senior Frontend Developer to join our growing engineering team and take a lead role in building intuitive, high-performance user interfaces for enterprise-scale web applications. You’ll work closely with designers, product managers, and backend engineers to bring complex business requirements to life through thoughtful, elegant, and responsive front-end solutions. As a senior member of the team, you’ll drive technical decision-making, enforce front-end best practices, and ensure that our UI codebase is scalable, maintainable, and accessible. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about user experience, performance optimization, and frontend architecture—while also being comfortable mentoring junior developers and collaborating across time zones in a global team environment. Key Responsibilities Design and develop high-quality, responsive user interfaces using Next.js and React . Integrate and optimize headless CMS platforms (e.g., Contentful, Sanity, Strapi, Prismic). Manage and optimize builds and deployments using Vercel , Webpack , or similar tools. Collaborate with UX/UI designers to implement and refine user experiences. Ensure SEO best practices and accessibility standards are built into all front-end solutions. Write clean, maintainable code with unit and integration testing coverage. Perform code reviews and mentor junior developers on modern front-end architecture and practices. Required Skills & Qualifications 5+ years of experience in front-end development, with at least 2+ years working with Next.js . Strong expertise in JavaScript , TypeScript , React , graphQL and HTML/CSS . Hands-on experience integrating and customizing headless CMS platforms. Deep understanding of rendering strategies in Next.js (SSR, SSG, ISR, CSR). Proficiency with build and deployment tools like Vercel , Webpack , ESLint , and Babel . Solid grasp of performance optimization , SEO , and web accessibility (WCAG) . Knowledge of version control systems like Git and CI/CD pipelines. Experience with testing frameworks such as Jest , React Testing Library , or Cypress . Strong attention to detail, UX sensibility, and ability to work independently or as part of a team. Nice to Have Experience with design systems and component libraries (e.g., Storybook, Material UI, Tailwind CSS). Design and implement Micro Frontend architectures to support modular, decoupled feature development across teams. Familiarity with analytics , A/B testing , or tracking integrations Basic understanding of backend or serverless functions Passion for performance metrics (LCP, FCP, CLS) and continuous improvements Exposure to cloud platforms (e.g., GCP, AWS) or headless CMS solutions.
