P99Soft is looking for an exceptionally strong and passionate .NET Technical Lead who brings deep technical expertise along with strong ownership and leadership qualities. Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain complex enterprise applications using .NET/.NET Core, C#, Angular, JavaScript, and HTML.
Design and build scalable RESTful APIs using ASP.NET Web API.
Write clean, maintainable, and high-performance code following industry best practices.
Develop and execute unit test cases to ensure application quality and reliability.
Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Architects, and cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions.
Participate actively in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, retrospectives, and technical discussions.
Utilize CI/CD and DevOps practices using Azure DevOps for continuous integration and deployment.
Create and maintain technical documentation using Confluence.
Troubleshoot and optimize large-scale SQL Server databases and complex queries.
Mentor junior developers and guide teams on coding standards, architecture, and engineering best practices.
Take ownership of technical delivery and proactively identify areas for improvement and innovation.
Contribute towards building and scaling a high-performing .NET engineering team.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field.
8–10 years of hands-on experience in software development using:
.NET / .NET Core
C#
Angular
JavaScript
HTML
Strong expertise in SQL Server, T-SQL, and handling high-volume databases.
Deep understanding of ASP.NET, Web API, REST (JSON/XML), and SOAP Web Services.
Strong knowledge of multi-threading, data structures, and object-oriented programming concepts.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices, preferably using Azure DevOps.
Good understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
Strong full-stack development experience with modern frameworks and scalable architectures.
Ability to independently drive complex technical solutions from design to deployment.
