Job Title: Divisional Risk and Control Analyst, AS

Role Description
The KYC DCO team in India is a 14 FTE team and part of a broader Global team of 30+ covering all aspects of the DB Risk Framework and Regulatory support for KYC Ops, Client Data Management (CDM) and Business Financial Crime Risk (BFCR). This role will report functionally and locally into an India based Audit engagement team lead.
The role will work closely with all team members to help provide a complete picture of the risk profile, of a specific branch or location, following a pre-defined framework and approach. Regular engagement with the first line processing teams is required as well as collaboration with Regulatory Management Group, AFC CT&A function, Audit & Other 2nd line functions to ensure full transparency of the risk profile.

Your key responsibilities
Support with the delivery of a defined book of Work, covering pre-Audit workshops.
Maintain and update key reports to ensure full transparent and accurate Management information can be generated
Key Risk Indicators - Ensure full adherence to the defined KRI for your role.
Pro-actively identify opportunities for process improvement and early risk identification.
Work in collaboration with multiple first and second line functions (inc. Regulatory Management Group (RMG), Anti financial Crime (AFC), and the Business)
Your skills and experience
The successful individual will have diverse experience of the financial sector in any of the following areas; Operations, risk/controls, Audit, Regulatory teams/processes. Have experience managing deliverables & maintaining effective relationships with key subject matter experts within KYC Ops.
Substantial and relevant experience in a global banking environment
Exposure to Client On boarding, KYC or similar is preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines
Strong organisational and administrative skills
Client focused approach and ability to react quickly to changing demands
