We are seeking a Director in Product Management to join our global Lodging Distribution Product team, where innovation knows no borders. This team leads with impact—driving the evolution of our non-air marketplace and delivering scalable technology that empowers travel buyers to access and manage lodging content with ease. As Director in Product Management, you will define and lead the product strategy for the Lodging, Ground & Sea portfolio with a focus on marketplace growth and platform modernization. You will own the product roadmap, translate market trends into actionable requirements and partner with engineering to deliver modern APIs and cloud-based services. This role requires significant product leadership experience, technical fluency and a proven ability to drive commercial success across global travel markets. Responsibilities Define and lead the product strategy for the lodging marketplace to support growth priorities and commercial goals. Own the product roadmap and prioritization across customer needs, technical requirements and platform modernization initiatives. Partner with engineering teams to deliver scalable cloud-based services, modern APIs and enterprise product architecture. Explore practical AI, personalization and automation opportunities to improve search, recommendations and operational efficiency. Drive initiatives that improve content quality, booking experience, conversion rates and partner adoption. Translate market dynamics and customer insights into clear product requirements and measurable business outcomes. Preferred qualifications and education Minimum 10 years of experience in product management with a focus on travel technology, hotel distribution or marketplaces. Proven success in building and scaling B2B enterprise platform products and SaaS solutions. Experience with AI-enabled product capabilities, machine learning, personalization or data-driven marketplace optimization. Strong technical fluency with experience in API design, cloud migration and system modernization. Demonstrated ability to link product decisions to revenue growth, partner adoption and customer satisfaction. Excellent stakeholder management skills with experience leading cross-functional teams in a global environment.
