The Impact You’ll Drive
We are seeking a Director of Product Management to lead the strategy and execution of a full-stack issuer platform across cards and UPI. This role owns the end-to-end product lifecycle, including platform definition, architectural alignment, and delivery of highly scalable, reliable systems within a regulated payments environment.
The Hats You Will Wear
Define and drive the product strategy and roadmap for issuer-side infrastructure, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market opportunities.
Partner with engineering to guide system architecture and design decisions, with a focus on scalability, performance, and extensibility.
Own platform outcomes, including reliability, latency, and adoption, and ensure consistent delivery of high-quality, production-grade systems.
Lead the development of a multi-tenant, API-first SaaS platform enabling banks, fintechs, and enterprises to build and scale payment products.
Build and manage a high-performing team of product managers, establishing strong product practices, clear ownership, and execution discipline.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including financial institutions and ecosystem partners, to drive integrations and platform adoption.
The Perfect Fit
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from a top-tier institution.
8 - 10 years of product management experience, including leadership experience in fintech, payments, or SaaS platforms.
Demonstrated experience building and scaling issuer-side card systems and/or UPI infrastructure.
Strong engineering background with the ability to engage in system design, APIs, and distributed systems.
Your Edge Over the Rest
Experience working with banks, payment networks, or the NPCI ecosystem.
Track record of delivering large-scale, high-availability transaction platforms.
Engineering background is required; an advanced degree in management is a plus.
