This individual will report into our VP of IT and lead our engineering organization into its next phase of growth. This role is equal parts strategic leadership and hands-on influence, shaping how we build, scale, and deliver systems that power a high-impact e-commerce business. You’ll define the technical vision, develop strong engineering leaders, and ensure our platforms are reliable, scalable, and built for the future.
