We're looking for an accomplished Director of Marketing & Communication to lead our marketing and communications initiatives in Udaipur, India. In this strategic leadership role, you will oversee the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies, manage brand positioning, and drive organizational communication efforts. The ideal candidate will be a visionary leader with a proven track record of building high-performing teams and delivering measurable business results through innovative marketing programs.
Develop and execute strategic marketing plans that align with organizational objectives and drive revenue growth
Lead, mentor, and manage a diverse marketing and communications team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment
Oversee brand strategy, positioning, and management across all channels to ensure consistent messaging and market presence
Design and implement multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, content, and traditional marketing initiatives
Analyze marketing performance metrics and ROI to optimize campaigns and inform data-driven decision-making
Manage marketing budgets and allocate resources effectively to maximize campaign impact and organizational efficiency
Develop and execute corporate communication strategies, including internal communications, public relations, and stakeholder engagement
Build and maintain relationships with external partners, media outlets, and key stakeholders to enhance organizational reputation
Customize marketing programs to address market trends, competitive landscape, and evolving customer needs
Lead crisis communication management and develop protocols to protect organizational reputation during challenging situations
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, product, and operations to ensure marketing alignment with business goals
Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in marketing and communications
8+ years of progressive experience in marketing and communications roles, with at least 3 years in a director-level or equivalent leadership position
Proven expertise in developing and executing strategic marketing plans and multi-channel marketing campaigns
Strong background in brand management, positioning, and corporate communications strategy
Demonstrated experience leading, building, and managing high-performing marketing teams
Advanced proficiency in marketing analytics, data interpretation, and ROI analysis
Solid understanding of digital marketing, including social media marketing, SEO/SEM, and marketing automation platforms
Experience with budget management, financial planning, and resource allocation
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly
Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building capabilities
Proficiency in CRM platforms and marketing technology tools
Experience in crisis communication and reputation management
Demonstrated ability to think strategically while executing tactically
Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail
Ability to work collaboratively across departments and influence without direct authority
Knowledge of market research methodologies and competitive analysis
Preferred: Experience in event management and video marketing
