Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA/CA preferred)
8–12 years of experience, preferably in the hospitality industry
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent analytical and strategic thinking ability
Knowledge of financial reporting standards and compliance
Strong communication and decision-making skills
