This individual will oversee a growing team of 25–30+ engineers across multiple technical domains and will be accountable for ensuring the successful, high-quality delivery of projects for US-based clients. The ideal candidate is a technology delivery leader with strong experience managing cross-functional teams, coordinating across time zones, and driving process excellence within a consulting or client-services environment.</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li data-start="1070" data-end="1204"><strong data-start="1070" data-end="1093">Delivery Leadership</strong> – Own the end-to-end delivery of multiple client projects, ensuring timelines, quality, and scope alignment.</li> <li data-start="1070" data-end="1204"><strong data-start="1207" data-end="1245">Client &amp; Stakeholder Communication</strong> – Act as the point of coordination between the India team and US-based clients, account managers, and executive stakeholders.</li> <li data-start="1070" data-end="1204"><strong data-start="1376" data-end="1395">Team Management</strong> – Mentor and manage engineering, QA, project management, and DevOps teams; foster a high-performance culture.</li> <li data-start="1070" data-end="1204"><strong data-start="1510" data-end="1532">Project Governance</strong> – Oversee sprint planning, scrum ceremonies, and delivery reporting; maintain project documentation.</li> <li data-start="1070" data-end="1204"><strong data-start="1638" data-end="1659">Resource Planning</strong> – Manage team capacity, project staffing, and skills alignment across multiple engagements.</li> <li data-start="1070" data-end="1204"><strong data-start="1756" data-end="1782">Operational Excellence</strong> – Define and implement delivery best practices, KPIs, and continuous improvement strategies.</li> <li data-start="1070" data-end="1204"><strong data-start="1880" data-end="1902">Talent Development</strong> – Lead recruitment, onboarding, and upskilling efforts to scale the delivery organization.</li> <li data-start="1070" data-end="1204"><strong>Cross-Time-Zone Collaboration</strong>: Ensure consistent overlap and effective communication with US teams and clients.
