About the Role As Director – Corporate Services, you will lead workplace operations across multiple locations — spanning facilities, transport, meal programs, security, and broader workplace services. This role is designed for a strategic, execution-oriented leader who can build strong operating systems, drive vendor-governed service delivery, and align workplace operations with business goals while creating a consistently high-quality employee experience. You will own multi-site governance, cost and performance optimization, and stakeholder management — acting as the primary interface for workplace services across internal leadership and external client stakeholders. What You’ll Do Leadership & Workplace Strategy • Define and execute the workplace operations and facilities strategy across all locations. • Lead and mentor a high-performing operations team; build a culture of service excellence and continuous improvement. • Align workplace operations to business objectives with scalability, sustainability, and execution rigor. Facilities & Workplace Operations Ownership • Own facility management across sites: preventive and corrective maintenance, space management, EHS compliance, and sustainability initiatives. • Drive seamless workplace services across transport, meal programs, security, housekeeping, engineering, and other employee support services. • Ensure adherence to statutory regulations, health & safety standards, and corporate policies. Vendor & Partner Management • Own vendor ecosystem across facility partners and service providers (catering, transport, housekeeping, engineering, security, etc.). • Lead negotiations, contracts, and renewals; define and enforce SLAs/KPIs with strong review cadence. • Build strategic partnerships with large/global workplace services providers to ensure consistent delivery quality across locations. Governance, Efficiency & Cost Optimization • Establish governance frameworks, operational policies, and reporting mechanisms to ensure transparency and accountability. • Own budgeting and operating cost management across sites; identify efficiency levers without compromising experience. • Drive process improvement and standardization across locations; reduce escalations through clear ownership and operating rhythm. Technology-led Workplace Enablement • Introduce digital workplace tools, automation, and analytics to improve service delivery, visibility, and employee satisfaction. • Build dashboards and operating reviews to track performance, trends, and action closure across vendors and internal teams. Stakeholder & Client Engagement • Act as the primary interface for workplace and facility management matters with internal leadership and external client stakeholders. • Partner closely with HR, IT, Finance, and business leaders to deliver integrated workplace experiences. • Build trust through proactive communication, structured governance, and predictable execution. What You Bring Qualifications & Experience • 15+ years of experience in facility management / workplace operations, with 5+ years in a senior leadership role. • Strong multi-location experience across facilities, transport, food services, and workplace operations. • Proven track record in vendor governance, SLA/KPI management, and cost optimization. • Experience leading large teams and working in stakeholder-heavy environments (internal + client-facing). • Strong financial acumen with comfort managing budgets and operating cost control. • Background in MBA / Engineering / Facilities Management / Hotel Management preferred. • Experience with leading facility management / workplace services organizations (or similar ecosystem) is strongly preferred. Key Skills • Strong operational rigor and systems-building capability (governance, SOPs, reporting). • Excellent stakeholder management and client interfacing with calm executive presence. • Strong negotiation and vendor management capability with outcomes accountability. • Ability to balance efficiency with employee experience and service quality. • High resilience and agility in dynamic, multi-site environments. • Strong bias for technology adoption, sustainability, and continuous improvement.
