• Lead and orchestrate the
annual operating plan (AOP)
process for the regions, ensuring alignment with corporate strategy and growth priorities.
• Act as a
strategic finance partner
to the senior leadership team by providing forward-looking financial insights, scenario planning, and data-driven recommendations for monthly leadership meetings, strategic goal setting, annual operating plans, and monthly/quarterly operational reviews.
• Evaluate and optimize
revenue channels, commercial investments, and go-to-market strategies
to maximize profitable growth.
• Drive
product profitability and margin expansion initiatives
, partnering with commercial and operational leaders to improve pricing strategies, product mix, and cost structures.
• Collaborate with
Credit & Collections and Commercial leadership
to enhance working capital management and accelerate cash generation.
• Oversee and strengthen
quarterly forecasting, performance reporting, and financial visibility
across Orders, Price, Backlog, Revenue, Margins, and Cash, ensuring accuracy and actionable insights.
• Lead key
finance transformation and continuous improvement initiatives
, enhancing financial processes, tools, and analytics capabilities to support scalable growth.
• Build and develop a
high-performing Commercial Finance team
by hiring, coaching, and mentoring Finance Business Partners, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous development while embedding Revvity’s core values.

Advanced analytical and financial modeling capabilities

• Strong systems and tools expertise, including
SAP, Hyperion, Business Objects, Power BI and Microsoft Office Suite
• Demonstrated ability to
influence strategic decisions and lead cross-functional initiatives
across global organizations
• Strong executive presence with the ability to
partner effectively with senior management and influence key stakeholders
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate financial insights into clear and compelling narratives for diverse audiences
• Highly organized and results-oriented, able to prioritize effectively and deliver high-quality outcomes in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
