Director – Business Process Excellence & Audit Governance About the Role We are looking for a passionate and driven Director, BPI Technology who thrives on solving complex business challenges and enabling enterprise-wide process transformation across Operations and Corporate functions (Finance, HR, IT Systems). This is a high-impact individual contributor role that combines strategic advisory capability with hands-on solution delivery, driving process improvement through BPM platforms, workflow enablement, analytics, and AI. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise-wide BPI initiatives, from process assessment and solution design through implementation and optimization Define and execute process improvement strategies aligned with business priorities, ensuring standardization, efficiency, and control Identify teams and functions that currently operate without structured workflow tools, and enable adoption of no-code/low-code BPM platforms to bring discipline, transparency, and traceability into their processes Design, configure, and implement workflow solutions using BPM platforms, including system integrations and data flows Develop dashboards, reporting frameworks, and analytics solutions (e.g., Power BI) to enable data-driven decision-making Embed governance, internal controls, and audit-ready documentation within process and system design to ensure SOX/ITGC compliance Drive AI-led BPI initiatives to enhance process intelligence and operational effectiveness Partner with cross-functional stakeholders across Operations, Corporate Systems, Finance, and Technology to align solutions with enterprise objectives Provide strategic and consultative guidance on process optimization, technology adoption, and change management Experience & Background 15+ years of progressive experience in business process improvement, process transformation, or technology-enabled consulting Experience in a management consulting or strategy advisory environment is mandatory , with demonstrated ability to structure complex problems, design solutions, and drive execution independently Proven track record of engaging with senior leadership and CXO-level stakeholders , as well as operational and technical teams Strong domain exposure in Technology, CPG, FMCG, or Data & Analytics industries preferred Education Graduate degree required; MBA or Post-Graduate qualification preferred Technical & Functional Competencies Strong expertise in BPM/workflow platforms and no-code/low-code tools for process enablement Hands-on capability in building analytics and reporting solutions (e.g., Power BI, advanced Excel) Experience in system integration design (APIs, data flows) across enterprise applications Working knowledge of AI/ML applications in process improvement contexts Solid understanding of governance, risk, and compliance frameworks , including SOX/ITGC controls Certifications (Preferred) Lean Six Sigma – Black Belt or Master Black Belt Certified Business Process Professional (CBPP) or equivalent Audit-related certifications (e.g., CISA, CIA) What We Expect Strategic mindset with execution discipline – ability to define the "what" and deliver the "how" Consulting-grade communication – structured thinking, executive-ready deliverables, and stakeholder influence at all levels Hands-on versatility – equally comfortable defining a transformation roadmap and configuring a workflow or dashboard Enablement focus – ability to identify unstructured, tool-less processes and bring them onto scalable BPM/workflow platforms Governance-first approach – solutions designed with auditability, compliance, and control embedded by default Innovation orientation – proactive adoption of AI and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement Our Benefits Flexible working environment Volunteer time off LinkedIn Learning Employee-Assistance-Program (EAP) NIQ may utilize artificial intelligence (AI) tools at various stages of the recruitment process, including résumé screening, candidate assessments, interview scheduling, job matching, communication support, and certain administrative tasks that help streamline workflows.
