Job Description The India Solutions Director is responsible for solutioning, commercialization, and client‑facing execution of Visa Acceptance Solutions (CyberSource) across India and South Asia. This role sits at the intersection of Product, Sales, Client Services, and Engineering, translating market‑specific client needs and regulatory constraints into commercially viable, technically sound solutions. The role owns end‑to‑end solution delivery—from intake and prioritization through pilot, launch, and scale. This position is a critical regional execution role, particularly across India‑specific payment ecosystems such as UPI, domestic schemes, IDC‑based processing, and large enterprise / bank clients. This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager. 
Visa requires at least 3 days in office, expectations of these days will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager. Qualifications Core Experience: 10–15 years of experience in payments, fintech, acquiring, gateways, or enterprise platforms. Proven experience in solutioning, commercialization, or technical product enablement roles. Strong exposure to India payments ecosystem (UPI, cards, domestic schemes, large banks). Functional Strengths: Ability to translate client problems into structured solution options. Comfortable working across technical and commercial stakeholders. Strong written and verbal communication—able to craft client‑safe and exec‑ready narratives. Experience influencing without authority across global teams. Nice to Have: Prior experience with CyberSource, Visa Acceptance Platform, or similar gateways. Exposure to India Data Center (IDC)–based processing or regulatory programs. Background in client delivery, sales engineering, or product commercialization.
