We are looking for a
Digital Marketing Manager – Gaming
who understands the gaming ecosystem end-to-end—from game studios and publishers to Web3 startups and IP owners.
This role will be responsible for driving
digital growth, brand positioning, and demand generation
for our gaming services and products globally.
You will work closely with
sales, delivery, creative, and leadership teams
to build visibility, credibility, and high-quality inbound opportunities in the gaming industry.

Key Responsibilities
1. Digital Marketing Strategy & Positioning
Define and execute end-to-end
digital marketing strategy
for the Gaming Division (Web2, Web3, Metaverse, iGaming)
Position the company as a
trusted game development and technology partner
.
Develop clear
value propositions and messaging
for different target audiences (studios, founders, publishers, investors).
2. Demand Generation & Performance Marketing
Drive
B2B lead generation
through:
LinkedIn Marketing (organic + paid)
Google Ads & PPC campaigns
Landing pages and conversion funnels
Own campaign lifecycle:
planning → execution → optimization → reporting
Work closely with sales to improve
MQL to SQL conversion rates
3. Content Marketing & Thought Leadership
Own and execute the
content strategy
, including:
Case studies, blogs, whitepapers
LinkedIn content and thought leadership
Pitch decks and service pages
Translate complex gaming and technical capabilities into
clear, engaging messaging
Build
founder and leadership visibility
in gaming and Web3 ecosystems
4. Event & Industry Marketing
Plan and execute marketing around
gaming events, expos, and conferences
(online & offline)
Drive
event-based lead generation
, partnerships, and networking
5. Brand & Creative Management
Ensure consistent
brand identity and messaging
across all digital channels
Collaborate with design and video teams for:
Creatives, ad copies, reels, banners, and pitch assets
6. Analytics & Performance Tracking
Track and analyze:
Campaign performance
Lead quality and funnel metrics
Website and landing page conversions
Use insights to
optimize campaigns, messaging, and channels
Required Skills & Experience
4–6 years of experience in
Digital Marketing (B2B)
, preferably in Gaming, Tech, or Web3
Strong understanding of the
global gaming ecosystem
(studios, publishers, monetization models)
Hands-on experience with:
LinkedIn Ads & Google Ads
Performance marketing & funnel optimization
Content-led growth strategies
Ability to convert
technical offerings into compelling marketing narratives
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Good to Have
Experience in
gaming or game development marketing
Exposure to
Web3, blockchain gaming, NFTs, or Metaverse
Experience working with
global clients and distributed teams
