We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Digital Marketing Manager to join our team in Navi Mumbai, India. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, engage customers, and generate leads.
Develop and execute data-driven digital marketing strategies across various channels, including social media, email, SEO, and paid advertising
Lead and mentor a team of digital marketing specialists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement
Analyze campaign performance, user behavior, and market trends to optimize marketing efforts and ROI
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and user experience across all digital touchpoints
Manage the digital marketing budget and allocate resources effectively to maximize impact
Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies, implementing new strategies as appropriate
Oversee the creation and distribution of engaging content across digital platforms
Develop and maintain relationships with key partners and vendors in the digital marketing space
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of successful campaigns
Proficiency in digital marketing platforms, including Google Analytics, Google Ads, and major social media platforms
Strong knowledge of SEO/SEM, content management systems, and email marketing tools
Experience with data analysis and reporting tools to drive data-informed decision making
Excellent project management skills and familiarity with project management software
Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data insights into actionable strategies
Up-to-date knowledge of digital marketing trends and best practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments
Relevant digital marketing certifications (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, HubSpot) are a plus
