Job Purpose
The Digital Marketing Lead – Oral Health is responsible for leading category‑level digital marketing strategy and thinking for Oral Health Care, ensuring digital is a primary growth driver across brand building, performance marketing, partnerships, and digital commerce inputs.
In a world where digital media represents a materially higher share of total media investment and consumer influence is increasingly shaped by creators, communities, and platforms, the role ensures Haleon’s OHC brands win through relevance, effectiveness, and integration, rather than scale alone.
Key Accountabilities
1. Category‑Led Digital Strategy
Own the end‑to‑end digital marketing strategy for the OHC category, aligned to growth, penetration, and premiumisation objectives.
Steward a digital‑first mindset, ensuring digital is embedded early into:
Brand strategy
Annual operating plans
Innovation and relaunch GTM strategies
Act as the single point of digital strategic leadership for OHC in the ISC OU.
2. Brand, Media & Performance Leadership
Lead full‑funnel digital marketing thinking, spanning:
Brand storytelling and content ecosystems
Performance marketing and demand generation
Data‑led optimisation and learning frameworks
ensure strong governance, ROI discipline, and prioritisation across platforms and channels.
Continuously refine the digital media mix in response to evolving consumer behaviour, platform dynamics, and rising acquisition costs.
3. Influencers, Partnerships & New‑Age Demand Levers
Lead the strategic use of influencers, creators, and partnerships as core growth levers for OHC brands.
Move influencer marketing beyond tactical reach metrics to:
Build trust, advocacy, and cultural relevance
Drive consideration and conversion in key cohorts
Shape long‑term creator and partnership strategies, in line with industry shifts toward decentralised, community‑led brand building observed across leading FMCG players.
Ensure influencer and partnership choices are consistent with brand values, science‑led credibility, and premium positioning of OHC.
4. Digital Commerce & E‑commerce Partnership
Lead category‑level digital commerce thinking for OHC in close partnership with the E‑commerce Sales Channel team.
Provide strategic inputs into:
Digital commerce direction
Product, Pricing, and Assortment (PPA) principles for online channels
Digital‑first and omnichannel launch planning
Partner with E‑commerce teams ensuring sharper brand and proposition inputs.
5. Governance, Capability & Ways of Working
Set clear digital standards and playbooks for OHC across ISC markets.
Build digital capability within brand teams, particularly in:
Platform thinking
Influencer effectiveness
Performance and measurement rigor
Simplify decision‑making by providing clear digital direction, reducing fragmentation across brands, agencies, and platforms.
Key Success Measures
Improvement in quality and effectiveness of digital plans and outcomes for OHC
Stronger ROI and learning velocity from digital and influencer investments
High‑quality collaboration with E‑commerce Sales Channel teams

Basic Qualifications:
We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:
12+ Years of total experience with strong expertise in Digital Marketing
Experience in working with matrix/fast growth organizations and ability to scale up digital marketing
Experience in leading category level D-Comm
Understanding of digital marketing including SEM/SEO, content marketing, social media, mobile marketing, influencer and earned media campaigns, user generated content, relationship marketing, eCommerce
