Your day at NTT DATA
The Digital Enablement & Change Specialist is a subject matter expert, responsible for supporting the implementation of global digital transformation initiatives.
The primary responsibility of this role is to plan and drive the execution of change management initiatives activities and programs, thereby increasing employee adoption and usage.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, deliver, and evolve digital and blended learning solutions that address capability gaps and support IT strategic changes
Monitor, evaluate, and refine learning interventions to ensure measurable outcomes in adoption, engagement, and business value uplift
Understands and anticipates the direction of the business area(s)/unit(s), identifies opportunities, and makes recommendations to support change and adoption.
Demonstrates understanding of the Change and Enablement approach and deliverables.
Partner with the Change Management Practitioners and business stakeholders to align priorities with change mitigations and business objectives
Act as a trusted advisor, ensuring stakeholder needs are understood and addressed
Continuously improve effectiveness through experimentation, data-driven insights, and feedback loops
Foster a culture of curiosity and innovation to drive an industry leading approach
Knowledge and Attributes:
Displays drive and is a champion of change
Ability to drive continuous improvement and innovation
Understanding of Enterprise level platforms (ERP, CRM, HRIS), systems, processes and business operations with application of human-AI in the flow of work
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and display the required interpersonal skills to interact with a variety of stakeholders
Resilient, able to approach problems from different angles and identify the most adequate solutions
Designing and delivering global digital and blended learning programs
Demonstrate ability to align learning strategies to business priorities and change management
Knowledge of learning platforms and Digital Adoption Platforms (DAP) (advantageous)
Analytical capability to measure and interpret effectiveness using data and insights
Required experience:
Applying change management approach within a large-scale multinational technology services environment
Demonstrate the ability to execute learning strategies as part of change management mitigations
Practical knowledge of a Digital Adoption Platform (advantageous)
