Position Summary:
We’re expanding our Product Engineering team at Saarthee, an agile, innovation-led group focused on designing, piloting, and scaling data, analytics, and AI-powered platforms.
We’re looking for DevOps Engineers - Product Infrastructure who will own deployment, scaling, and infrastructure management across all Saarthee products.
In this role, you’ll design and manage the cloud architecture, CI/CD pipelines, and automation frameworks that support both pilot and production environments. You’ll collaborate closely with backend, frontend, and QA teams to ensure reliability, performance, and seamless delivery across Saarthee’s growing product ecosystem.
Your Role Responsibilities and Duties:
Design, build, and manage scalable, secure, and highly available cloud infrastructure across multiple products.
Own the DevOps and infrastructure setup for pilots, MVPs, and production-grade deployments.
Set up and optimize CI/CD pipelines, automated build and release processes.
Implement infrastructure as code (IaC) using Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar tools.
Manage containerization and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes (EKS/GKE/AKS).
Monitor and maintain application performance, uptime, and security across environments.
Implement and maintain logging, monitoring, and alerting systems (Grafana, Prometheus, ELK, etc.).
Collaborate with engineering teams to streamline deployment strategies and environment consistency.
Ensure cost optimization and scalability of cloud resources across multiple projects.
Maintain disaster recovery, backup, and rollback mechanisms.
Drive automation at every level - provisioning, deployment, scaling, and configuration.
Support product pilots and scale-ups, ensuring fast iteration and stability in new releases.
Continuously evaluate new DevOps tools and frameworks to enhance infrastructure efficiency and security.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
6–10 years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Infrastructure, or Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) roles.
Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and cloud-native architectures.
Hands-on experience with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes).
Proficiency in CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI.
Experience with IaC tools - Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible.
Strong understanding of networking, load balancing, and application security.
Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools (Grafana, Prometheus, ELK, Datadog).
Experience managing microservices architectures and distributed systems.
Working knowledge of scripting languages (Python, Bash, Shell).
Strong understanding of DevSecOps principles, compliance, and governance.
Proven experience supporting multi-product environments with scalability and automation at their core.
A proactive, ownership-driven mindset with the ability to work across teams and manage complex infrastructure landscapes.
