This role will focus on operational efficiency, automation, and supporting global platform reliability.</p> <h2><strong>Location</strong></h2> <ul> <li>Vijayawada (India)</li> </ul> <h2><strong>Must Have</strong></h2> <ul> <li>Strong experience with <strong>AWS (required)</strong>; Azure and GCP a plus, with a <strong>cloud-agnostic mindset</strong></li> <li>Solid database operations experience (backup/restore, replication, performance tuning, access management)</li> <li>Experience with <strong>Terraform or similar IaC tools</strong></li> <li>CI/CD pipeline experience (GitLab, GitHub, Azure DevOps)</li> <li>Strong experience with <strong>containers and orchestration</strong> (Docker, Kubernetes, ECS/Fargate)</li> <li>Experience with <strong>monitoring and observability tools</strong> (Datadog, CloudWatch)</li> <li>Exposure to <strong>security tooling</strong> (WAF, SIEM, vulnerability management)</li> <li>Strong scripting skills (Python, Bash)</li> <li>Experience in <strong>production operations</strong> (incident response, on-call, RCA)</li> <li>Strong understanding of <strong>networking, security, and system design</strong></li> <li>Ability to support <strong>multiple SaaS products and environments</strong></li> </ul> <h2><strong>Nice to Have</strong></h2> <ul> <li>Multi-cloud or hybrid architecture experience</li> <li>Cost optimization and performance tuning</li> <li>Experience supporting global deployments</li> <li>Jira / Confluence experience</li> <li>Experience supporting <strong>multiple products and environments at scale</strong></li> <li>Experience with Okta, including workflows, application integrations, SSO/MFA, lifecycle management, and identity automation</li> <li>Strong focus on <strong>automation, efficiency, and cost optimization</strong></li> <li>Ability to handle <strong>high-volume operational workloads</strong></li> <li>Strong collaboration with global teams</li> </ul> <h2><strong>Key Traits</strong></h2> <ul> <li>Automation-first mindset</li> <li>High ownership and execution focus</li> <li>Ability to operate in fast-paced, multi-product environments</li> </ul> <p><em>This position is subject to compliance with the Export Administration Regulations ("EAR") and may require a U.S. person status verification.</em></p><div class="content-conclusion"><p><em>We may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses.
