Job Title: Salesforce Developer (3+ Years Experience)
Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled Salesforce Developer with 3+ years of experience, must having strong expertise in Sales Cloud and/ Service Cloud.
The ideal candidate should also have exposure to at least one additional Salesforce cloud such as Financial Services Cloud Or CPQ Or Revenue Cloud.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and implement solutions on Salesforce using Apex, LWC, and standard platform features
Work on Sales Cloud and Service Cloud implementations including case management, workflows, and automation
Customize Salesforce applications based on business requirements
Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems
Participate in requirement gathering, solution design, and technical documentation
Ensure code quality through best practices, testing, and code reviews
Troubleshoot and resolve production issues
Required Skills:
3+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development
Strong knowledge of Apex, Triggers, SOQL, and asynchronous processing (Batch, Queueable, Future)
Experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC)
Good understanding of Salesforce security model (Profiles, Roles, Sharing Rules, FLS)
Hands-on experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
Experience with integrations (REST/SOAP APIs)
Understanding of governor limits and performance optimization
Preferred Skills:
Experience in at least one of the following:
Financial Services Cloud
CPQ Or Revenue Cloud
Knowledge of CI/CD tools and deployment processes
Exposure to AI capabilities like Agentforce is a plus
