We are looking for a skilled Salesforce Developer with 3–5 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and implementing Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate should possess
strong communication skills
, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
Develop custom solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning (LWC/Aura)
Design and implement Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP APIs)
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and translate requirements
Communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders
Participate in client discussions, demos, and requirement workshops
Troubleshoot and resolve production issues
🔹 Required Skills
Strong experience in Apex, SOQL, SOSL
Hands-on with Lightning Web Components (LWC) / Aura
Experience with Salesforce integrations
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work directly with clients and understand business needs
Good understanding of Salesforce data model and security
🔹 Preferred Qualifications
Salesforce Platform Developer I (PD1) Certification
Experience with CI/CD pipelines
Exposure to Sales Cloud / Service Cloud
