We are seeking a skilled Data Integration Developer with hands-on experience in Cloud Data Integration (CDI), Master Data Management (MDM), and Data Governance (DG). This role is critical to ensuring high-quality, trusted data across the organization. You’ll help build and maintain data pipelines, enforce governance policies, and support enterprise-wide data initiatives.
Your Role

Develop and maintain data integration workflows for CDI and MDM platforms.
Implement and monitor data quality rules, validation processes, and stewardship workflows.
Collaborate with business and technical teams to understand data requirements and translate them into scalable solutions.
Support the implementation and enforcement of data governance policies, standards, and procedures.
Contribute to metadata management, data lineage tracking, and data cataloging efforts.
Assist in defining and maintaining business glossaries and data dictionaries.
Monitor and troubleshoot data pipelines, ensuring timely and accurate data delivery.
Document technical specifications, data mappings, and process flows.
Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment activities.
Required Qualifications
3–4 years of experience in data integration, MDM, DG or related fields.
Proficiency with CDI, MDM and DG tools (e.g., Informatica MDM, CDGC, Data Profiling Data Catalogue).
Understanding of data governance principles and frameworks.
Experience implementing data quality controls and stewardship processes.
Familiarity with metadata management tools (e.g., Collibra, Alation, Informatica EDC) is a plus.
Exposure to data cataloging, lineage tracking, and business glossary development.
Experience with ETL/ELT tools and data transformation techniques.
Strong SQL skills and familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., Python, Shell).
Exposure to cloud data platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Flexible to overlap with onsite hours for critical meetings and daily sync-ups.
This is an exempt position that may require some local, national, and occasional international travel.
