<p>This role sits within the <strong>Global Wrike Team</strong> specifically under the <strong>Integration and Reporting Pillar</strong> in Chennai. As a Developer, you will be a key technical contributor within a specialized squad. You will work alongside an Integration Lead and a peer developer to maintain our core WrikeXPI solutions while building the next generation of automations and cloud-based data orchestration layers that power our global reporting.</p>
<p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>What you'll be doing:</strong></span></p>
<ul>
<li><strong>Technical Development:</strong> Maintain and optimize existing integration solutions (WrikeXPI) and automation workflows to ensure high system availability and performance.</li>
<li><strong>Solution Engineering:</strong> Develop new integration solutions between Wrike and external systems based on designs reviewed with the Integration Lead.</li>
<li><strong>Data Orchestration & ETL:</strong> Build and manage automated data pipelines using <strong>Azure Data Factory (ADF)</strong> or equivalent tools to streamline data movement and transformation from Wrike to our reporting environments.</li>
<li><strong>Agile Delivery:</strong> Actively participate in Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, and Retrospectives) to ensure transparent progress and timely delivery.</li>
<li><strong>SDLC Management:</strong> Adhere to the full Software Development Life Cycle, ensuring that all code is properly versioned, tested, and documented before deployment.</li>
<li><strong>Prototyping:</strong> Build prototypes and Proof of Concepts (PoCs) to test new integration capabilities and provide technical feedback on feasibility.</li>
<li><strong>Collaborative Refinement:</strong> Participate in internal technical sessions to clarify requirements gathered by the Integration Lead and Implementation Leads, ensuring technical constraints are identified early.</li>
<li><strong>Peer Collaboration:</strong> Work closely with other developers to conduct code reviews, share knowledge, and ensure consistency across the integration stack.</li>
<li><strong>Documentation:</strong> Maintain clear technical documentation for integrations and data pipelines to facilitate team-wide understanding and support.</li>
</ul>
<p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>What you'll need:</strong></span></p>
<ul>
<li><strong>Education:</strong> Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.</li>
<li><strong>Development Experience:</strong> Mid-to-Senior level experience in Full Stack development. You must be well-versed in either the <strong>LAMP stack</strong> or <strong>Azure/Microsoft stack</strong>.</li>
<li><strong>Methodology:</strong> Solid understanding of the <strong>Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)</strong> and experience working within <strong>Agile development methodologies</strong> (Scrum or Kanban).</li>
<li><strong>Cloud Data Skills:</strong> Practical or good knowledge of <strong>Azure Data Factory</strong> (preferred) or an equivalent ETL/orchestration platform (e.g., SSIS, Informatica, or Talend).</li>
<li><strong>Preferred Tech Stack:</strong> Hands-on experience or the confidence to quickly master <strong>NodeJS</strong>, <strong>MSSQL</strong>, <strong>PostgreSQL</strong>, <strong>Kibana</strong>, and <strong>OpenAPI</strong>.</li>
<li><strong>Professional Background:</strong> Experience working within a software house or consulting environment is highly preferred, demonstrating an ability to adapt to different technical challenges and client needs.</li>
<li><strong>Analytical Skills:</strong> Exceptional problem-solving skills; you should enjoy deconstructing complex logic and finding efficient technical solutions.</li>
<li><strong>Team Synergy:</strong> A collaborative mindset, comfortable working in a "lead-developer" structure where internal communication and technical review are central to the workflow.</li>
