We’re looking for a creative leader to drive the design vision for our weddings while managing and mentoring a team of Design Consultants.
In this role, you will own the creative direction for multiple weddings - guiding your team from concept to execution, while ensuring every event delivers a cohesive, cinematic, and elevated experience for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
Creative Direction & Client Experience
Lead the design vision across weddings—from concept creation to final execution.
Develop and present unique themes, mood boards, and design concepts aligned with client expectations.
Collaborate closely with clients to understand their vision and translate it into cohesive experiences.
Ensure consistency and high-quality design output across all projects.
Team Leadership & Mentorship
Manage and mentor a team of Design Consultants, driving creativity and performance.
Review and refine design concepts, ensuring alignment with brand and client expectations.
Foster a collaborative, high-performance design culture within the team.
Planning & Execution
Oversee design execution on-ground, ensuring concepts are delivered as envisioned.
Conduct site visits to assess venues, identify challenges, and guide design solutions.
Work closely with vendors, production, and planning teams for seamless execution.
Innovation & Trends
Stay updated on global wedding trends, materials, and design innovations.
Continuously bring fresh, creative ideas to elevate client experiences and design standards.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Event Design, set design or related field.
Proven experience in wedding/event design with exposure to leading or mentoring teams.
Strong creative vision with a deep understanding of aesthetics, themes, and spatial design.
Excellent client management and communication skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects.
