Role Summary
To independently manage and grow AAC Wall Panels project sales by driving specifications, managing key project accounts, and strengthening relationships with architects, consultants, PMCs, developers, and contractors.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end project sales for AAC Wall Panels
Drive specification-based selling with architects, consultants, and PMCs
Manage key project accounts and conversion opportunities
Track and monitor project pipelines and approvals
Support execution teams for smooth order fulfillment
Guide and support junior sales resources, if assigned
Prepare sales MIS and performance reports
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil preferred)
Experience & Industry Background
5–8 years of experience in B2B / project sales
Strong experience in specification selling and project management
Regular interaction with architects, consultants, PMCs, and developers
Skills & Competencies
Strong relationship management and negotiation skills
Good understanding of project lifecycles
Ability to work independently and drive targets
Team coordination and planning ability
