About the Social Entrepreneurship Enablers Network
The
Social Entrepreneurship Enablers Network (SEEN)
is a collaborative platform initiated by Bala Vikasa CSRB to strengthen India’s social enterprise ecosystem by bringing together social entrepreneurs, innovators, incubators, accelerators, impact investors, mentors, academic institutions, and other key stakeholders. The Network facilitates shared learning, collaboration, ecosystem dialogues, and advocacy to promote the growth of responsible and inclusive enterprises.
Role Overview
As an
Deputy Manager – Social Entrepreneurship Enablers Network
, you will play a key role in managing and expanding the network, coordinating engagement activities, and building collaborative relationships. You will work with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure high-quality delivery of network initiatives, events, and knowledge-sharing platforms.

○ Establish SEEN as a premier enablers’ network
○ Strengthen Impulse as a national ecosystem summit

○ Build membership drive and partnerships for SEEN
○ Anchor sponsorships & revenue generation for Impulse
○ Curate high-quality ecosystem events & networking platforms
○ Represent the program externally with thought leadership
●
Candidate Profile
:
○ Postgraduate in management, entrepreneurship, or development studies
○ Strong track record in business development, fundraising, ecosystem building
○ Proven ability to lead large-scale events and partnerships
●
KRAs (Expected Outcomes)
:
○ SEEN piloted successfully with membership drive launched
○ At least 5–6 new partnerships onboarded annually
○ Sponsorships secured for Impulse
○ Impulse positioned as an ecosystem summit for India
