What You Will Do *
The role will lead Manufacturing Engineering for Avionics Operations- Electronics
Lead a team of Engineers mentoring, training, managing performance and Daily trouble shooting.
Should have experience in Aerospace industry and standards,
Should have experience in Electronics Manufacturing and Testing ,FMEA, PPAP, Lean Manufacturing ,Six Sigma ,SPC, Tool and Jigs.
Designing, implementing, and improving manufacturing processes, tooling, and workflows to increase productivity.
Overseeing the installation of new equipment, production line expansions, and the introduction of new products (NPI).
Driving Lean initiatives, Reducing Waste, and ensuring compliance with Safety (EHS) and Quality standards.
Managing capital projects, equipment installation, and new product introductions (NPD) from concept to production.
Qualifications You Must Have
BE with Electronics with 10 to 15 Years
