Deputy Manager / Manager – Brand Partnerships Location: Ahmedabad About the Role We are looking for a dynamic and driven professional to join the Brand Partnerships team at Smytten as a Deputy Manager / Manager. The role will primarily focus on driving strategic partnerships across F&B and Health & Wellness categories, along with partial exposure to the Beauty & Personal Care (BPC) segment. The ideal candidate should come with strong experience in the CPG ecosystem and possess the ability to independently manage key brand relationships while also mentoring and guiding a growing team. Key Responsibilities Build and nurture relationships with leading CPG brands to drive collaborations, sampling campaigns, launches, and strategic initiatives. Identify new partnership opportunities and contribute towards category growth and revenue targets. Lead conversations and negotiations with brand stakeholders and marketing teams. Manage and guide a team, ensuring strong execution, ownership, and achievement of business goals. Mentor team members on client handling, pitching, relationship management, and campaign execution. Work cross-functionally with internal teams including marketing, operations, category, and consumer insights. Track market trends, competitor activities, and emerging consumer brands within the FMCG/CPG ecosystem. Desired Skills & Experience 4–8 years of experience in Brand Partnerships, Key Account Management, Category Management, or Business Development. Strong understanding of the CPG ecosystem. Experience in managing client relationships and handling strategic partnerships. Prior experience in team management or mentoring is highly preferred. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment. Why Join Us?
