We are seeking an experienced Information Security & SAP S/4HANA ERP candidate to lead our enterprise security initiatives and manage the strategic planning, maintenance, and optimization of our SAP S/4HANA ERP system. This hybrid role requires a strong background in both cybersecurity and enterprise resource planning to ensure secure, compliant, and efficient operations across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Information Security:
Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and standards in alignment with industry best practices (e.g., ISO 27001).
Monitor and respond to security incidents, conduct root cause analysis, and manage incident response efforts.
Perform regular security assessments, vulnerability scans, and penetration tests.
Manage identity and access controls across the enterprise including SAP roles and authorizations.
Ensure compliance with data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR) and internal audit requirements.
Conduct periodic security awareness and training programs for employees on Cyber security, Patch Management, Phishing etc.
Evaluate and manage cybersecurity tools such as firewalls, endpoint protection, and DLP.
Closely work with UK IT team for the implementation of IT practices and ensure that all the guidelines are well executed.
SAP S/4HANA ERP Management:
Oversee the configuration, maintenance, and support of SAP S/4HANA modules (FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, etc.).
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and optimize SAP functionality.
Manage SAP user roles and authorizations with a focus on security and segregation of duties.
Lead SAP system upgrades, patches, migrations, and integration projects.
Coordinate with external consultants and SAP support for issue resolution and enhancements.
Ensure SAP system performance, availability, and data integrity.
Drive process improvements and digital transformation initiatives through SAP capabilities.
Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
10~15 years of experience in Information Security and SAP ERP management.
Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA implementation, configuration, and support.
Strong knowledge of SAP security concepts, GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance).
Experience with regulatory compliance frameworks such as GDPR, and ISO 27001.
Familiarity with cybersecurity technologies and principles.
