Role Overview
The Deputy Manager – Collections will be responsible for supporting collections operations, improving recovery performance, and ensuring smooth functioning of the tele-calling/in-house collections team.
Key Responsibilities
Drive collections performance and reduce delinquency across assigned portfolio
Manage and support tele-calling/in-house collections team
Monitor daily performance and ensure targets are met
Handle escalations and high-risk customer accounts
Conduct regular team reviews and provide performance feedback
Analyze MIS reports and identify improvement areas
Ensure adherence to compliance and internal processes
Coordinate with cross-functional teams for case resolution
Eligibility Criteria
1–3 years of experience in collections (NBFC/Fintech preferred)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Basic team handling exposure preferred
Target-driven and problem-solving mindset
