Responsibility:
1.
Responsible
to ensure safe evacuation of all the employees of the department and report the
numbers during emergency.

Ensure
adherence of basic safety requirements of various work permits by team members
and seeks approval prior to work.
3.
Train the
team to recognize & identify potential hazards during critical maintenance
work and ensures 100% adherence on shop floor.
4.
Ensure
compliance of LOTO and availability of adequate resources for the team by
performing regular checks and site visits
5.
Lead closer
of all the safety observations & NVO observations, conduct the safety
observations rounds and ensure to complete the observations
6.
Ensure 100%
adherence for JSA prior to Work
7.
Review and
ensure the periodic updating of new instruments in the master checklist
8.
Monitor and
review that the new instruments to the concerned user departments as per the
requirement and related details are to be recorded.
9.
Co-ordinate
with other sections of engineering department for day-to-day maintenance and
projects

Organize and
trains the team to work as per requirement
11.
Plan manpower
efficiently to optimize utilization skills and knowledge.

To follow
safety norms and adhere with company policy.

Quality Policy & Contamination prevention policy of the company

Review and
monitor the Calibrations master list and Annual Calibrations schedule and
update the same in SAP

Review and
ensures the Execution of the calibrations through SAP as per calibration policy
and related Instrument calibration SOP’s

Identify ways
to reduce BM, promotes predictive maintenance approaches, keeps track of
equipment’s health and prepares annual breakdown trend

reduction of breakdown rate by utilizing preventive maintenance approach and

renewal of contract agreements

availability of spares & critical parts

completion of same.

& Review daily meetings, implements Kaizen and 5S in work area.

in CFT projects and draws insights to improve business results.

Review the
identified root cause of a problem and implement Corrective and Preventive
Actions (Why-why, Kaizens) & Tracking the effectiveness.

Understand
and Execute continuous improvement by implementing DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze,
Implement and Control) method in solving the problems

requirements as per written procedures.

Plan
resources while taking calculated risks to provide 24*7 engineering support
& services needed for manufacturing

resources and minimization of hazard and increased quality of product.
