About the Role
The Admin Executive will be responsible for smooth administrative operations at the manufacturing unit, ensuring efficient office management, vendor coordination, statutory compliance support, and day-to-day facility administration.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day administrative activities at the factory office
Handle office documentation, files, records, and data maintenance
Coordinate with vendors for housekeeping, security, canteen, stationery, transport, and maintenance services
Monitor attendance records, shift coordination, and support HR with factory-related admin tasks
Ensure proper upkeep of factory premises, utilities, and office assets
Assist in gate entry records, visitor management, and material inward/outward coordination
Support compliance-related documentation (factory licenses, audits, statutory records, etc.)
Process admin-related bills, PO follow-ups, and vendor payments in coordination with accounts
Coordinate with internal departments for smooth operational support
Ensure adherence to company policies, safety norms, and workplace discipline
Desired Candidate Profile
Graduate in any discipline
3–6 years of experience in factory administration / manufacturing setup preferred
Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, email handling)
Basic understanding of factory operations and admin compliance
Strong coordination, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced factory environment
Preferred Skills
Experience in manufacturing or FMCG factory administration
Vendor management and coordination skills
Basic knowledge of statutory & factory compliance documentation
Problem-solving and proactive approach
