Strategic Quality Leadership:

Quality Control and Assurance:

Compliance Management:
Ensure strict compliance with local and international construction codes, safety standards, and company policies.
Collaborate with external auditors and regulatory authorities for certifications and approvals.
Team and Stakeholder Collaboration:
Lead a team of quality professionals, providing mentorship and technical guidance.
Work closely with project managers, contractors, and vendors to align on quality expectations and deliverables.
Continuous Improvement:
Analyze project outcomes and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality processes.
