Job Description
Deputy Chief Manager-HR- Preparation of Master Manufacturing and Packaging document for the products (including contract manufacturer and customers).
- To ensure error free and timely disbursement of salary, wages and other benefits as per schedule.
- Payments to third party after ensure accurate deduction from salary and wages such as HDFC/ LIC/ Society/ Union etc..
- To make relevant entry in system LTA payable for staff and worker as per policy.
- Hiring, confirmation and absorption on SAP, Preparation of appointment letter, get all other formalities done like (Identity card, visiting cards, lotus id, etc.).
- To collect the data from employees and update in SAP as and when required. Filling of papers to personal file of staff & worker.
- Preparation and send MIS to concern people/department on time.
- Preparation of disciplinary letters in consultancy with HR – Head and ensuring issuance of the same and maintain records.
- Maintain the training software. (Software issues, Modifications/ upgradation/ backup of data, etc.)
- To coordinate with other departments to implement various Corporate Initiative relating to employees such as Satisfaction surveys, Reachout, Values Activities, etc.
- To assist in manpower planning.
- To assist Head- HR in Performance management, Succession planning and talent management by providing necessary data, feedback
- To work on new H R initiative to further enhance work environment and productivity
- To implement & execute various HR polices of the company and provide feedback
- To support HR staff in their day to day activities to have better functioning of the department.
