<li>Assist the CDP/Sous Chef in daily mise-en-place and service operations.</li>
<li>Execute Italian dishes to brand standards, including pasta, pizza, and grill sections.</li>
<li>Maintain consistency, presentation, and portion control during service.</li>
<li>Ensure hygiene, food safety, and kitchen organisation as per company standards.</li>
<li>Support junior team members and contribute to a collaborative brigade culture.</li>
<li>Participate in menu preparation aligned with Cecconi’s philosophy of simple dishes driven by quality ingredients.</li>
<li>2–4 years of culinary experience (Italian cuisine exposure preferred).</li>
<li>Strong fundamentals in hot kitchen operations and mise-en-place discipline.</li>
<li>Passion for ingredient-led cooking and attention to detail.</li>
<li>Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume, premium dining environment.</li>
<li>Team player with willingness to learn global Soho House standards.</li>
