About the role

We are looking for a driven
Sales Manager (Hunter)
to fuel our growth by acquiring new clients and expanding our footprint within strategic accounts.
What You’ll Do:
Own the full sales cycle — prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing new business
Identify key decision-makers and build strong relationships with CXOs
Lead demand generation teams and plan outreach within defined industries
Collaborate with solution and consulting teams to position Fractal’s AI, Analytics, and Design-led and Product offerings
Lead proposals, negotiations, and commercial discussions to successful closure
Stay ahead of industry trends and contribute to thought leadership efforts
What We’re Looking For:
8-10 years of proven B2B sales experience (consulting, AI/analytics preferred)
Track record of exceeding sales targets and winning new logos
Strong network and ability to open doors within enterprise accounts
Excellent communication, negotiation, and consultative selling skills
Domain knowledge in TMT, Healthcare, BFSI, High-Tech, or Insurance is a plus
MBA or relevant quantitative degree preferred
