Standardize delivery frameworks, metrics, and reporting across engagements
2. Customer & Stakeholder Management (ANZ Focus)
Act as the
primary delivery interface
for ANZ customers and internal stakeholders
Build strong CXO-level relationships and drive
customer satisfaction (CSAT)
Lead
QBRs, steering committees, and executive reviews
Align delivery outcomes with
customer business objectives
3. Multi-Practice Delivery Oversight
Manage cross-functional teams across:
Cloud Migration & Modernisation
Data Engineering & Analytics
AI/ML & GenAI
Application Development & DevOps
Ensure
seamless coordination across practices
and shared delivery teams
4. Financial & Commercial Ownership
Own
delivery P&L
, including revenue assurance and margin management
Drive
cost optimization, utilization, and efficiency improvements
Identify and support
upsell/cross-sell opportunities
within accounts
5. Team Leadership & Capability Building
Lead and mentor
Program Managers, Project Managers, and Architects
Build a
high-performance delivery culture
with strong accountability
Drive
talent development, succession planning, and capability enhancement
6. Governance, Quality & Compliance
Establish strong
governance models, KPIs, and dashboards
Ensure adherence to
security, compliance, and quality standards
Drive
continuous improvement and delivery maturity
Experience & Background
18+ years of experience in
technology delivery and program management
Proven experience managing
large, complex, multi-project portfolios
Strong exposure to
global delivery models
, especially ANZ/US markets
Background in
cloud, data, AI, or application development domains
