Work with high-quality delivery capabilities across the entire value chain - including o-o-b approach to search strategy & plan, strategic briefing, assessment, offer roll-outs and negotiations
Driving organisation development initiatives, including search process re-engineering, establishing an internal quality team, and managing internal hiring
Innovate and solve complex business hiring problems and contribute to the overall firm strategy and business building goals
