The ITBS USI Lead will support the delivery of IT business services by driving operational execution, coordinating across teams, and helping ensure consistent service outcomes. This role works closely with stakeholders to manage priorities, improve processes, and support business needs in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate brings experience leading service delivery activities, identifying improvement opportunities, and guiding teams to meet performance expectations.
Work you'll do
As a Firm Enterprise Solutions Senior Leader, Delivery Management on the ITBS team, you will be responsible for:
Lead IT business services delivery activities and monitor service performance against agreed service expectations
Oversee critical operational processes, governance routines, and reporting activities to support service continuity
Coordinate with Client and USI stakeholders to align priorities, execution plans, and delivery decisions
Manage demand intake, change requests, and prioritization across competing business needs
Lead stakeholder engagement, team direction, and capability development to support delivery outcomes
The team
The ITBS team supports business and technology stakeholders through service coordination, operational governance, and process execution. The team works across functions to help maintain service continuity, improve reporting visibility, and support business priorities.
Location: Hyderabad
Shift Timings: 11 AM to 8 PM
Qualifications
Required:
Bachelor’s degree or master’s degree
14+ years of experience in IT service delivery, delivery management, or operational leadership
Experience working in a delivery model
Experience with IT service governance, operational reporting, and service review processes
Experience partnering with business and technology stakeholders to manage priorities and service delivery
Experience leading service improvement initiatives or operational process improvements
Experience using artificial intelligence tools in business operations or delivery workflows
Preferred:
Experience leading cross-functional teams in a shared services or global delivery environment
Experience supporting demand management, change management, or service transition activities
Experience with service management or reporting tools
