<p>We are seeking a Senior Technical Delivery Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of the data platform and its data products, ensuring delivery is structured, predictable, and aligned across multiple teams and dependencies.</p>

<p>This role is responsible for driving execution, managing dependencies and risks, and ensuring that delivery progresses against agreed scope and timelines.</p>
<p><strong>Role Purpose</strong></p>

<li>Act as the central point for coordination across squads, stakeholders, and dependencies</li>

<li>Work closely with Product Manager and Leads to ensure:</li>

<p><strong>Dependency Management</strong></p>

<li>Manage cross-team dependencies, including:</li>

<li>Protect the baseline scope</li>

<li>Prevent uncontrolled scope expansion during delivery</li>

<p><strong>Stakeholder Management</strong></p>

<li>Engineering teams</li>
<li>External teams (EQCR, DG, etc.)</li>

<li>Provide clear, structured updates to stakeholders</li>

<p><strong>Delivery Governance</strong></p>

<li>Delivery forums</li>
<li>Stand-ups / syncs (where appropriate)</li>

<p><strong>Experience Required</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>years overall in delivery / programme management</li>
<li>5+ years’ experience delivering:</li>
<ul>
<li>data platforms, or</li>
<li>complex technology programmes</li>
</ul>
<li>Experience managing:</li>
<ul>
<li>cross-team dependencies</li>
<li>regulated environments</li>
</ul>
<li>Strong RAID and stakeholder management experience</li>
</ul>
