Job Summary
We are looking for a
Decision Scientist
with strong expertise in
Power BI, DAX, and Power Query
to transform complex data into actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will be adept at building interactive dashboards, optimizing data models, and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver clear, impactful analytics solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports using
Power BI
.
Write and optimize
DAX
measures and calculations for advanced analytics.
Use
Power Query
to clean, transform, and integrate data from multiple sources.
Partner with business teams to understand requirements and translate them into data-driven solutions.
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and governance across reporting platforms.
Perform exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities.
Present insights and recommendations to leadership in a clear, compelling manner.
Continuously improve reporting processes and adopt best practices in BI development.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong proficiency in
Power BI

, and
Power Query

Experience in data modeling and building scalable BI solutions.
Solid understanding of relational databases and SQL.
Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
