<li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">Staffed on the end-to-end process of deals collaborating with global investment teams where you will be an active day-to-day member of the team.</li>
<li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">Assist in Deal Origination tasks including market mapping, competitor analyses, and company profiling.</li>
<li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">Engage in Deal Assessment by conducting industry deep-dives, peer benchmarking, and sizing Total Addressable Market (TAM) / Serviceable Available Market (SAM).</li>
<li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">Perform financial analysis and develop valuation models.</li>
<li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">Prepare presentations and reports for investment teams (i.e. investment committee and portfolio performance materials) and relevant external stakeholders e.g. advising banks.</li>
<li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">Actively participate in the transaction process, contributing to project management and investment strategy.</li>
<li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">Support Portfolio Monitoring through KPI tracking, portfolio benchmarking, and aiding further M&A activities.</li>
<li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">Participate in the Analyst Program training and provide onward training and mentoring to later intakes.</li>

<li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">MBA / Master’s degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.</li>
<li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">Minimum 1 year of relevant deal experience in Investment Banking or related financial services.</li>
<li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">Strong analytical skills and a keen interest in finance and valuation principles.</li>
<li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.</li>
<li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across global teams.</li>
