About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Data Scraper Intern to support data collection, extraction, and structuring activities across multiple business functions. The intern will work on gathering large datasets from websites, portals, and online sources to support reporting, analytics, automation, and operational projects.
Key Responsibilities
Extract data from websites, portals, PDFs, and online directories using scraping tools and manual techniques.
Clean, structure, and organize scraped data into Excel/Google Sheets/CSV formats.
Identify data inconsistencies, duplicates, and missing information.
Assist in maintaining data accuracy and validation standards.
Work with teams to understand data requirements and output formats.
Support automation initiatives using scraping and data collection tools.
Maintain proper documentation of sources and extraction methods.
Skills Required
Basic understanding of web scraping concepts.
Good knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets.
Attention to detail and data accuracy.
Basic understanding of HTML/web page structures is an advantage.
Quick learner with problem-solving ability.
