<h3>Who you are</h3>
<p>We are looking for a highly motivated and analytical Data Scientist to join our growing data team. You will play a key role in extracting insights from large datasets, building predictive models, and supporting data-driven decision-making across departments.</p>
<h3>What you'll do</h3>
<ul>
<li>Collect, process, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources</li>
<li>Build and deploy machine learning models to solve business problems</li>
<li>Design and implement A/B tests and statistical analyses</li>
<li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, marketing) to define analytics requirements</li>
<li>Communicate complex data insights in a clear and actionable manner to stakeholders</li>
<li>Develop dashboards and visualizations to monitor key metrics</li>
<li>Stay current with the latest trends and technologies in data science and AI</li>
</ul>
<h3>What we're looking for</h3>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor’s and or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field</li>
<li>4+ years of proven experience as a Data Scientist or Data Analyst</li>
<li>Strong knowledge of Python/R and SQL</li>
<li>Hands-on experience with machine learning frameworks (e.g., scikit learn, tensroflow, pytorch)</li>
<li>Experience with big data tools (e.g., Spark, Hadoop)</li>
<li>Familiarity with data visualization tools</li>
<li>Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills</li>
</ul>
<h3>While not required, these are a plus:</h3>
<ul>
<li>Experience with cloud platforms preferably AWS (S3, Sagemaker, Airflow etc)</li>
<li>Strong SQL skills, with experience in Snowflake, MySQL, and PostgreSQL</li>
<li>Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker)</li>

Our corporate team members hold to our office-first model, which requires employees to be on-site at least four days a week, fostering organic interactions that spark creativity and connection.</p>
